The House Account
Terms & Conditions
The House Account is a pre-funded balance held on a guest’s profile and may be applied toward services and add-on services at The Griffin House Day Spa.
Funds are non-refundable and have no cash value.
House Account balances are non-transferable and may only be used by the guest under whose name the account is held.
You may stop future House Account funding at any time. Any funds already held with the spa will remain available for use.
Funds may not be used to purchase gift cards and may not be combined with promotional discounts unless otherwise stated.
Balances do not expire; however, the spa reserves the right to pause or discontinue recurring drafts on accounts that have been inactive for 24 months or more.
House Accounts may be applied at checkout and cannot be split between multiple guests.
Standard cancellation and no-show policies apply. Missed or late-cancelled appointments may be deducted from the House Account balance in accordance with spa policy.
The spa reserves the right to modify or discontinue The House Account program at any time. Existing balances will always be honored.
House Accounts are not a membership or subscription and do not include recurring services or guaranteed appointment availability.

Designed for effortless upkeep and polished results. This monthly membership includes 2 monthly services:

Emerald Membership
Terms & Conditions
The Emerald Membership is a monthly recurring membership designed for ongoing maintenance and includes the following services each month:
One (1) 60-minute lash extension fill (classic, hybrid, or volume)
One (1) Dermaplane Express
Membership services are valid for the active billing month and rollover for 3 months before expiring.
The membership renews automatically each month and may be paused or cancelled with a minimum of 30 days’ notice prior to the next billing cycle.
Membership services are non-transferable and may only be used by the enrolled guest.
Members receive 10% off additional services and 10% off retail products while the membership is active. Discounts may not be combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated.
Membership pricing reflects preferred member rates and may not be applied to past services or purchases.
Standard cancellation and no-show policies apply. Missed or late-cancelled appointments may result in forfeiture of the included service for that month.
Membership perks and pricing are subject to change with notice. Any changes will apply to future billing cycles.
Lash fills must be booked within recommended maintenance timing. Extended gaps between visits may require a longer service or full set, which is not included in the membership.
